Since this hasn’t caught on as quick as I was hoping I will kick it off again with another question I have gotten over the years from my clients, actually group of questions……
Why am I depressed? Why do I have so much anxiety? Why are we constantly bickering?
First off each one of us have different stories, experiences and traumas. When it comes to depression, anxiety and most relationship problems there is one underlined reason.
Fear!
I am not talking about fright night fear that so many seek after…..which is totally another blog post so I won’t get on my soap box. But I am talking about the kind of fear that cripples, infests and takes over our life. Fear destroys!
It is obvious that anxiety centers around fear sometimes that is irrational fear and sometimes the anxiety we are experiencing comes from stepping outside our temperament or falling to the weaknesses in it.
Fear in depression is a bit more subtle. The fear of the stigma; fear of not having control over your emotions, thoughts, feelings; fear of the trigger behind your depression; or fear of never healing. Let me add there are many triggers involved with depression and anxiety such as trauma, chemical imbalance, hormonal imbalance and the list goes on but fear encapsulates it all.
Similar to anxiety and depression relationship problems stem from fear….fear of loosing the person, fear of not being good enough for them, fear of loosing yourself and so on.
Do you see the correlation? Fear destroys!
So what can we do for ourselves and others who come to us for help?
Recognize your fear, admit your fear, step back and take a look at this fear, finally forgive. Forgiveness breaks the chains of fear.
But the cure all for all fear starts and ends at the feet of Jesus. There is no fear, but the healthy fear of God, when you allow Him to have complete control!!
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” Isaiah 41:10″.
“For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7)”.
What if you could fear nothing? What if you could allow God to take over and heal you from the fear that is causing your depression, anxiety and relationship problems?
It is possible! Only with Him!

Good. Post what you are using on sisters please
Ask Rachel a question for me please
What causes a person to leave no note when they kill themselves
It appears to be the happy face people who do it most
The ones who’s lived ones are totally caught off guard as they never saw depression in their loved ones
They leave wives and children. Totally in shock, hurt, guilty and searching for the eternal WHY did they take their life
How do loved ones answer why daddy killed himself to their children. And find an answer for themselves?
Asking this for a friend.
